WSP Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday), but most orders will ship within 24 hours. This excludes holidays. Orders placed from Friday (after 2pm) to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (unless prior arrangements have been made through our customer service). For US addresses, FedEx and USPS do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays as their guaranteed delivery time. Their estimated delivery times are also not guaranteed. To avoid potential delays, we recommend using express/priority shipping if you have time constraints.
*During high volume, some orders may experience extended lead times. Customers will be notified if their order will be delayed in most cases*
**Due to current climate of manufacturing and the difficulties in receiving products in a timely manner, some products may experience unusual or extensive lead times**
Back Order or Special Order
In the event that one or more items from your order is currently not in ours (or any of our vendors) immediate inventory, a notification will be sent with an estimated lead time based on the manufacturers current turn-around time. Orders can be requested to partial ship, however, any additional items that are currently on back order that do not ship, will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Special order products CANNOT be cancelled or returned once they have shipped, whether from our facility, our supplier, or the manufacturer.

Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (1-5 business days), Express Saver (3 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we ship to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Canada, as well as most international addresses. Please contact us for a full list of restricted countries we do not currently ship to.

Current Shipping Providers: FedEx, USPS, DHL, Freight - Common Carrier (freight carrier determined by shipping destination and shipping origin). We are able to ship via UPS, however, it will require a UPS Shipping Account associated with the order.
**Please ensure before submitting your order, that your address information is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer**
Standard Ground:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 1 – 5 business days depending on delivery location and delivery method. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Second Day:
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST are not guaranteed to be processed on the same day and may be subject to processing the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. Residents of Alaska or Hawaii please contact us to inquire about expedited delivery options.
Next Day:
Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST are not guaranteed to be processed on the same day and may be subject to processing the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

These transit times are for US residents in the lower 48 states ONLY. Please contact our offices for estimated transit times for AK, HI, or international orders.
What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Orders Outside of the Contiguous U.S. 48 States, Sale Items.
Free Shipping Â
Products eligible for free shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout, no code or coupon required. Oversized charges may apply. Please see our Free Shipping Terms for more information.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
International Shipping
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
USPS’ local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping costs.
- Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product(s).
- You have 60 calendar days to return product(s) from the original date of receipt.
- Products returned for reasons other than a Warranty or Damage claim, are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Only items purchased directly from Watersoftener-parts.com are eligible for return to WSP.
- Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
- Electronic products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Special order items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- You have 60 calendar days to exchange product(s) from the original date of receipt.
- In the event that an item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact our office as quickly as possible. We will require both and order number, as well as picture evidence sent to our support team at info@watersoftener-parts.com in order to process your claim. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will work diligently work toward a satisfactory solution.
- Damage claims must be made within 15 calendar days from the receipt of your product(s).
- Item exchanges are subject to product availability and may not always be immediately available. Claims received after this period are subject to denial.
- Item exchanges where the value of the items does not match.
- Special order items are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
- If you paid by credit card or debit card, a refund will be sent through PayPal (our credit card processor) to the card-issuing bank, within 5 business days of the receipt or your returned products or cancellation request.
- If you paid through a PayPal account, a refund will be issued to your account within 24-48 hours of the receipt or your returned products or cancellation request.
- Products returned other than receipt of damaged or incorrect product(s) may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%. Please contact our office for more information (888) 378-9021.
